The PWN Vienna Mentoring Team is happy to invite you to the next Q&A session for the PWN Mentoring Program , where we will share details and answer any questions you may still have.

The PWN Vienna Mentoring program offers the opportunity to participate as a Mentee, but also as a Mentor!

Recurring Mentees and Mentors are very welcome also!

Being a Mentee gives you the opportunity to better identify and evaluate your skills and strengths, to receive career support, to unlock your potential, and to gain insights into the value of networking while also improving your own networking skills.

Acting as a Mentor gives you the chance to practice, improve, and advance your own leadership skills, as well as to establish contacts with other mentors, thereby creating cooperation and networking opportunities. Mentors will also have the possibility of supervision - an excellent opportunity to reflect on your own practice, explore different mentoring techniques, get inspiration from other mentors and discuss any issues you might encounter through your particular mentoring experience.

We will be running workshops and get-togethers for Mentors as well as Mentees. We look forward to seeing you there!
