Oana is coach, mentor, consultant, based in Vienna and working in Romania, Austria and
internationally. She is specialized as Holistic Life, Career, Executive and Leadership Coach,
accredited as PCC – Professional Certified Coach and SP – Senior Practitioner. She holds
International Coaching Federation and European Mentoring and Coaching Council
accreditations.
She developed her brand “LeaderShe” and her own methodology – PEC for authentic
leadership and communication.
She is hosting LeaderShe Workshops and Retreats for women who want to increase their
authentic self-expression, expand their business, reach new career levels, enhance their
feminine manifestation.
She is a mentor since 2013 within Professional Women Network Romania, since 2021 within PWN
Austria, since 2019 within Asebuss Alumni Association.
She was awarded “Mentor of the year” in 2016.
