Solid leadership skills are key for our professional lives in the current global context. What are the main characteristics required in this environment and how do we sync them with the feminine leadership and feminine natural qualities in matters of integrative, inclusive and authentic approach for future leaders?

In this 90 minute workshop, we will conduct a short assessment of the leadership style of participants, discuss new global challenges as transiting from a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) to BANI (brittle, anxious, nonlinear, incomprehensible), and review the PEC method: Presence, Empathy, Communication. At the end of the workshop we will have a short Q&A session.
