Avivah Wittenberg-Cox
Consultant & Coach

Closing Keynote Address: The Power and Potential of Longer Lives

In 1996, Avivah Wittenberg-Cox was on maternity leave from her job in computer programming after having her 3rd child and was ready to go back to work. Avivah met with several colleagues to share stories, and through their conversation, they identified a need for a safe place for women to draw strength and support.

Thus, PWN Paris was born. Avivah believed that establishing a network that offered women career support would have a significant impact, as she had discovered that policies and environments in workplaces where men held much of the power and dominated the culture led women to quit their jobs.

Today Avivah has extended her journey from gender to generational balance. She stands at the forefront of the future of work, the longevity economy, and the transformative potential of 60-year careers.
