Robert Baker

Robert brings more than three decades of international experience advising boards and executive teams on leadership, governance, and inclusion. As a former Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Mercer and a recognised Top 50 Gender Equity Trailblazer, he has worked across sectors and geographies to embed measurable inclusion, institutional legitimacy, and cultural transformation into core governance systems. 

Robert is known for elevating strategic conversations, embedding measurable inclusion into governance, and designing leadership systems that balance performance, accountability, and trust. 

Sharon Schön

Sharon is a strategist, board leader, and storyteller who brings clarity to complex leadership challenges. Operating at the intersection of governance, people, and future-oriented strategy, she helps leaders see the human side of power and progress.

Sharon’s work translates disruption into opportunity, using narrative to connect vision, people, and systems.
