With over 15 years of experience in multinational corporations such as Hewlett-Packard and Citibank, I have built a diverse professional path that combines business administration, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. My career has taken me through various roles including Program Manager, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, Contract Administrator, Virtual Assistant, and Customer Service Representative. I’m passionate about driving process improvements and leading complex projects that bring teams together to achieve meaningful results. During my time at Citibank, I played a key role in implementing financial processes as part of a major platform migration project. As part of the PWN Global Insight Circle programme, I developed project plans, KISS and Risk Matrices, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). I was also responsible for webpart event creation and managing technical requests, supporting initiatives designed to help people connect and collaborate more effectively.  I’m truly excited to be part of this community — to help others connect, share, and grow.
