Business Administrator with more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world, having worked for multinational companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Citibank. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to take on a variety of roles , from program management and business analysis to project implementation and customer service.
I’m passionate about leading complex projects, improving processes, and connecting global teams to achieve meaningful results. At Citibank, I was part of a major platform migration project where I implemented financial processes that made a lasting impact.
Today, as a Volunteer Programme Manager at PWN Global, I enjoy creating project plans, defining key performance indicators, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of the organization’s website. But beyond the professional side, what truly inspires me is being part of a community of women who support and empower one another. I truly believe that when women come together, magic happens, and I want to be part of that spark.
Originally from Costa Rica, I moved to Norway three years ago. Volunteering with PWN Global has been a deeply enriching experience, allowing me to expand my network, learn from other professionals, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
