Join us for a Lunch and Learn in Sophia Antipolis, with a discussion led by Tatyana Luchshikova
Personal Boundaries: Mine or Yours? How to Know, Feel, and Respect Them
We’re delighted to welcome one of our PWN members, Tatyana, a psychologist specialising in psychoanalysis, who has spent over a decade mentoring professionals through the PWN Mentoring Program. With a master’s degree in psychology from Université Côte d'Azur (Nice), she is passionate about helping people navigate the waves of their thoughts and feelings to discover new perspectives and those magical “WOAW” moments of insight.
Personal boundaries are essential for maintaining healthy relationships and a sense of self-respect. They help individuals define their identity, protect their well-being, and interact with others in a balanced and respectful manner. Are personal boundaries limiting us or do they make us authentic and different from others? They are visible and invisible.
During this lunch, we will explore how to recognise and how to express your own preferences in respect to others. We will cover how to recognise different kinds of personal boundaries and see how they may change from being steady, flexible and fuzzy. Those boundaries could be mixed and applicable with the same person depending on the context.
This session is a members event, but also open to non-members to experience the PWN community, learn about our activities, and connect with like-minded professionals who share our values. PWN is committed to advancing gender-balanced leadership and driving change faster.
