6:25 – 6:40 pm | Introduction to Asset Classes Key asset classes: equities (stocks), bonds (fixed income), real estate, cash, and alternatives.
Characteristics, risk/return profiles, and liquidity of major asset classes. Brief interactive review: Matching asset classes to different investor goals. 

6:40 – 7:00 pm | Basics of Asset Allocation Definition and significance of asset allocation.
The role of diversification in risk management. Determining investment objectives and personal risk tolerance. 

7:00 – 7:05 pm | Short Break 7:05 – 7:35 pm | Deep Dive: Portfolio Structures
Common portfolio structures and strategies (e.g., 60/40 allocation, core-satellite, age-based allocations). Passive vs. active portfolio management. Building blocks: stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds. Case studies: Sample portfolio constructions for different risk profiles. Discussion: How portfolio structure aligns with women’s investing priorities (long-term wealth, stability, and value). 

7:35 – 7:50 pm | Interactive Exercise Small group activity (or pairs): Build a model portfolio given different scenario profiles.
