What to expect

Join us as we close the PWN Dublin 2026 Engaging Men as Allies Programme, an initiative focused on supporting men to become more effective, inclusive leaders and to build stronger, more balanced workplaces.

Over the past months, participants have explored gender dynamics at work, challenged assumptions, and developed practical ways to lead more inclusively in their teams and organisations.

This closing event brings together participants, members, and corporate partners to reflect on what has been learned and what it means in practice. We have an exciting line-up planned, starting with a welcome from our event sponsor William Fry, followed by:

  • A Keynote on the Impact of the Manosphere.
  • Highlights from the Engaging Men as Allies programme, including a panel discussion with a few of the men who attended the Engaging Men Workshops. They will share their experiences of turning learning into action as they move to drive change as allies.
  • Interactive round-table discussions exploring themes on how we work together to turn awareness into impact.

Attendees will come away with insights on:
  •  What allyship looks like in real working environments.
  •  The impact on leadership, team performance, culture, and our wider society.
  •  How to move from awareness to action.

This session will be led by Robert Baker, global expert on allyship and PWN Dublin’s Allyship and Inclusive Leadership Partner. It will offer practical insight and honest perspectives, along with the opportunity to connect with others committed to making an impact.
