The session is facilitated by organisational advisor Nasreen Begum and explores how career paths are becoming increasingly non-linear — and what this shift means for professionals who want to stay relevant in a rapidly changing job market.
As roles evolve and organisations grow more complex, many people find their careers no longer follow a clear or traditional progression. At the same time, organisations often struggle to recognise and fully leverage non-linear profiles, even when they bring valuable cross-functional experience.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, this workshop creates a structured space for reflection and dialogue. Participants will step back from job titles and explore their experience through a different lens — identifying recurring patterns in their work, the problems they consistently help solve, and how this translates into their professional value.
The session focuses on two key shifts: recognising the underlying patterns in your career, and learning how to articulate those patterns in a way that resonates in today’s job market.
Through short inputs, guided reflection, practical exercises, and facilitated discussion, participants will move from seeing their career as fragmented to experiencing it as more coherent and intentional.
