Events Team Member - Online Events (BizChats, Lunch & Learns)

We’re looking for a dynamic team member to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. Your role will focus on supporting or substituting for the VP of Events in preparing and moderating online events. This includes conducting initial speaker interviews, creating interactive event content, writing event descriptions, and engaging with event registrants.

Events Team Members - In-person Events

We’re seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. These roles play a key part in planning and executing our in-person events. Responsibilities can include brainstorming event topics, adding value to the event experience, conducting initial speaker interviews, creating engaging event agendas, researching venues and catering offers, writing compelling event descriptions, and connecting with registrants. Additionally, you’ll handle logistical tasks such as printing name tags and welcoming guests at the event venue, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Mentoring Team Member 

Support the VP Mentoring to deliver our successful Mentoring Programme, including mentee/mentor communications, programme planning, and other tasks needed before, during, and after each cohort of the programme.

Member Engagement Volunteer 

This new role will work closely with our VP Finance to support with data management and admin tasks related to our membership processes. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, who is quick to learn new systems, and full of ideas for streamlining operations.

Marketing and Content Volunteer 

We're looking for someone to join our Content Management Team and work closely with our VP Marketing to support with LinkedIn, website, and newsletter content. You should have some experience in marketing and communications and be able to use Canva, have experience working with a CMS, and be able to learn new systems quickly.
