VP Finance

Are you a numbers-savvy professional who thrives on structure and strategic thinking? PWN Netherlands is looking for a dedicated VP of Finance to join our Board, oversee our financial operations, and support the long-term sustainability of our network.

In this leadership volunteer role, you’ll manage budgeting, reporting, and financial planning, while ensuring transparency and alignment with PWN Global standards. You’ll also advise the Board on financial matters and help shape the future of our organisation by providing data-driven insights.

If you have experience with financial reporting, enjoy creating clarity out of complexity, and want to contribute to a mission-driven community, we’d love to hear from you!

(You don't need to be a finance professional for this role, we are open to senior leaders who have budget management experience along with a general understanding of financial reporting and planning.)

Events Team Member - Online Events (BizChats, Lunch & Learns)

We’re looking for a dynamic team member to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. Your role will focus on supporting or substituting for the VP of Events in preparing and moderating online events. This includes conducting initial speaker interviews, creating interactive event content, writing event descriptions, and engaging with event registrants.

Events Team Member - In-person Events

We’re seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning and executing our in-person events. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming event topics, adding value to the event experience, conducting initial speaker interviews, creating engaging event agendas, researching venues and catering offers, writing compelling event descriptions, and connecting with registrants. Additionally, you’ll handle logistical tasks such as printing name tags and welcoming guests at the event venue, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Programme Support, Leadership Lab (new programme launching soon!)

Support the coordination and delivery of our new Leadership Lab programme by managing logistics, communicating with participants and speakers, and ensuring smooth virtual and in-person sessions. A flexible volunteer role offering experience in event organisation within an international professional network.

Mentoring Team Member (with scope to become VP Mentoring in 2026)

Support the VP Mentoring to deliver our successful Mentoring Programme, including mentee/mentor communications, programme planning, and other tasks needed before, during, and after each cohort of the programme.

Content Management Volunteer

Working closely with our VP Tech and VP Marketing to support with content and website management. We are looking for someone with a creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with content management systems and websites.
