VP Finance

Are you a numbers-savvy professional who thrives on structure and strategic thinking? PWN Netherlands is looking for a dedicated VP of Finance to oversee our financial operations and support the long-term sustainability of our network.

In this leadership volunteer role, you’ll manage budgeting, reporting, and financial planning, while ensuring transparency and alignment with PWN Global standards. You’ll also advise the board on financial matters and help shape the future of our organisation by providing data-driven insights.

If you have experience with financial reporting, enjoy creating clarity out of complexity, and want to contribute to a mission-driven community, we’d love to hear from you!

VP Partnerships  

Are you a natural networker with a talent for turning conversations into collaborations? We’re looking for a VP of Partnerships to lead our efforts in building meaningful relationships with companies and fellow women’s networks.

You’ll take the lead in identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our mission, while maintaining and nurturing current sponsor relationships. From corporate sponsors to collaboration opportunities with like-minded organisations, you’ll be the bridge between PWN Netherlands and the wider business and nonprofit communities.

This is a strategic volunteer position with plenty of room for creativity and initiative. If you’ve got a partnership or business development background—and a passion for gender-balanced leadership—let’s talk.

VP Marketing 

Love storytelling and making a brand shine? Join us as VP of Marketing and help amplify the voice of PWN Netherlands!

In this creative leadership role, you'll shape our marketing strategy, create engaging digital content for social media, newsletters, and our website, and work closely with the Events Team to spotlight our community and programming. Your goal: to grow awareness, spark engagement, and attract new members and partners.

We're looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset. If you’re ready to take the lead on marketing for a purpose-driven network, we can’t wait to meet you.

Events Team Member - Online Events (BizChats, Lunch & Learns)

We’re looking for a dynamic team member to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. Your role will focus on supporting or substituting for the VP of Events in preparing and moderating online events. This includes conducting initial speaker interviews, creating interactive event content, writing event descriptions, and engaging with event registrants.

Events Team Member - In-person Events

We’re seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning and executing our in-person events. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming event topics, adding value to the event experience, conducting initial speaker interviews, creating engaging event agendas, researching venues and catering offers, writing compelling event descriptions, and connecting with registrants. Additionally, you’ll handle logistical tasks such as printing name tags and welcoming guests at the event venue, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Program Team Member - Leadership Lab Program support

Support the coordination of our Leadership Lab program by managing logistics, communicating with participants and speakers, and ensuring smooth virtual and in-person sessions. A flexible volunteer role offering experience in event organization within an international professional network.
