Tech Officer

This Tech Officer role is the heartbeat of our digital operations, ensuring that everything from email systems to our website runs flawlessly. As a volunteer, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things tech, leveraging your full knowledge of Microsoft tools to optimise our digital workflow, implement updates and improvements to our digital infrastructure to enhance overall efficiency, and ensure integration with Global PWN organizational systems.

Events Team Member - Online Events (BizChats, Lunch & Learns)

We’re looking for a dynamic team member to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. Your role will focus on supporting or substituting for the VP of Events in preparing and moderating online events. This includes conducting initial speaker interviews, creating interactive event content, writing event descriptions, and engaging with event registrants.

Events Team Member - In-person Events

We’re seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our PWN Events team, led by the VP of Events. In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning and executing our in-person events. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming event topics, adding value to the event experience, conducting initial speaker interviews, creating engaging event agendas, researching venues and catering offers, writing compelling event descriptions, and connecting with registrants. Additionally, you’ll handle logistical tasks such as printing name tags and welcoming guests at the event venue, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Partnerships Manager 

Are you a natural connector who loves making deals and creating win-win collaborations? The Professional Women’s Network (PWN) is seeking a proactive, social Partnerships Manager to help expand our network of corporate partners — and boost our collaboration with other women’s networks. You’ll support the VP of Partnerships while also driving your own outreach and closing meaningful deals.

This flexible volunteer role offers freedom, minimal pressure, and lots of room to take initiative. If you enjoy relationship-building and have a sales mindset, this is your stage.

Marketing Team Member

PWN Netherlands is looking for a dynamic and passionate marketing enthusiast to join our team and help strengthen our brand presence while engaging our community. In this role, you’ll create compelling digital content for social media, newsletters, and our website, collaborate with the Events Team to promote upcoming initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.
