“Compliance Without Complications – What Everyone Needs to Know” with Valéria Baio
Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in customer service, corporate banking, inspection, internal auditing, and, over the last three years, has led the financial crimes unit within the Compliance Directorate of one of Angola’s leading systemic banks.
She is also a postgraduate student in Banking Management, Insurance, and Financial Markets. Beyond banking, she is a certified professional trainer and founder of Olaria do Amor, an NGO focused on creating community cafeterias and dormitories to support vulnerable populations.
