She is the winner of the Wepsl Award in Strategic People Management and Business Management, the WepsDocente Award, and the 2019 Weps Brazil Award (UN and ILO). An author, lecturer, and speaker, she works in the areas of Strategic People Management and Development, Organizational Culture, and High-Performance Team Training.
She holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Development from UTFPR, an MBA in Public Administration and City Management, as well as specializations in Strategic People Management, Institutional Psychopedagogy, Corporate Pedagogy, and Corporate Education.
With solid experience in senior corporate management, she is dedicated to developing projects focused on strategic planning, organizational alignment, leadership, and Human and Organizational Development, always with an emphasis on sustainable results and organizational transformation.
