Here's a pattern I see constantly, in women who are doing everything "right", whether that's a senior corporate role or a business they built themselves from nothing: full calendars, real results, and still no real financial strategy of their own.
This isn't always about not earning enough. And it isn't a knowledge gap either. A lot of the women I meet have read the books. Their problem is different: too many options, so every next move gets overanalysed instead of made. Or they're so busy running the operational side of their life or their business that they never step back and get strategic about it.
If you're employed, redundancy is not something that only happens to other people. If you run your own business, the uncertainty is built into the job description. Either way, there's one question most people avoid: do you actually know how much you need sitting aside for when things go sideways? Too little, and one bad month becomes a crisis. Too much, and money that could be working for you is just sitting there doing nothing. We calculate that number live, together, on the day.
That's what I'm unpacking with PWN Global: The Ownership Gap, an interactive workshop for employed women and business owners who want a clearer, more strategic view of where they stand today, and where they actually want to be.

The real reasons capable women delay taking ownership of their finances, and most of them have nothing to do with intelligence, effort, or income
The myths that keep smart people stuck ("I need to be rich first," "it's too late," "I need to understand everything")

Your real emergency fund number, calculated live: are you sitting on too little, or holding too much back out of fear?
This is not a lecture. It's interactive, intimate, and safe: cameras on, chat open, questions welcome throughout. You'll leave having done something, not just heard about it.
