Online Entrepreneurs Peer Group pilot –three weekly on Thursdays from 8h00 to 9h00

If you are an entrepreneur and you wish to connect with other entrepreneurs to share knowledge, experience and accelerate your learning journey, then please send an email to mentoring@pwnnice.net so that you can be included in the invitations to these meetings. These meetings take place every three weeks on a Thursday from 8 to 9am.

2023 Mentoring programme

Current mentors from the 2023 programme and new 2024 mentors met for their quarterly dinner on Thursday 28th September.  It’s always a pleasure to have such amazing women around a table sharing experiences and helping with ideas to ensure the programme keeps evolving to meet everyone’s needs.  Thanks to all those who attended.

2024 Mentoring programme – application will start on 9 November at our informal Mentor/Mentee meetup event.

Our individual mentoring programme is open to all Premium members and runs from January to November of each year.  The aim is to support members to achieve their objectives, whether they are personal/professional development, corporate intrapreneurship projects, or entrepreneurial projects.  Planning for the 2024 programme will begin with an informal event on 9 November where potential participants will be able to meet and exchange with the mentors. 

Mentor profiles will be published on the PWN website from mid-October to give applicants time to read up on the different mentors who are giving their time to empower women to become their best selves.  Places on the programme are limited and we will be asking applicants to motivate why they would like to participate.  Applications for 2024 will start at the event and will close at the end of November.  If you would like to apply for this flagship programme, please look out for further communication and confirmation of the dates in our newsletters and on our website.

PWN is bringing back the round table format to discuss topics of interest for PWN fellows and learn, empower and motivate each other.

We will be discussing around this topic following a TED talk of Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg.
Let's start out by admitting we're lucky. We don't live in the world our mothers lived in, our grandmothers lived in, where career choices for women were so limited. And most of us grew up in a world where we have basic civil rights, and amazingly, we still live in a world where some women don't have them. Sheryl Sandberg looks at why a smaller percentage of women than men reach the top of their professions - and offers 3 powerful pieces of advice to women aiming for the C-suite.
The round-table lunch will be hosted by Carmen Redondo, Director of Global Marketing for Antennas at KYOCERA AVX. She has 15+ years of experience in antennas, having held different roles from engineering, project management to general management.
