Dear PWN Nice friends and community,

On May 11-14 our Co-Presidents, Lena Beck Rorvig and Tatiana Panyukova-Adragna, attended the Annual Offsite Meeting of PWN Global hosted in Brussels together with 30 representatives of PWN European City Networks.

The intensive 3 days agenda offered an outstanding space to macro perspectives on leadership and diversity: the European Commission Guest Speaker Lesia Radelicki shared a ‘Women's economic empowerment and entrepreneurship' vision;

After this inspirational talk, another cutting-edge content, facilitated by PWI Brussels in partnership with Korn Ferry, highlighted the recent introduction of European Equity Pay Directive to strengthen equality and diversity at European level and perspectives of Global Women CEO status.

To conclude, an enriching exchange on best practices among 15 PWN European City Networks revealed the important potential of networking synergies at national and cross-country levels as a next frontier to make an impact.
