Join us for a celebratory moment when we acknowledge the hard work and success of our mentors, mentees and volunteer leaders in delivering another transformative edition of the cornerstone of PWN Dublin's network - the Group Mentoring Programme.
As always, we have a great keynote speaker lined up, and this year Dr Mary Collins will be addressing our participants on the subject of "Cross Generational Building Bridges".
This session explores how organisations can harness the unique strengths of every generation to build more innovative, resilient, and collaborative workplaces.
We will look at emerging research on workforce trends across Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, highlighting how expectations, communication styles, and motivators differ—and where they overlap.
