Co-President and soon-to-be President of PWN Dublin, I’m a passionate advocate for reshaping the future of work. With a young daughter at home, my drive is deeply personal. In my day job, I’m the Head of Human Experiences & Innovation, committed to creating inclusive, fulfilling workplaces for the next generation.

Máire is a corporate partner in a leading Irish law firm. She is passionate about the progression of female talent in law and across industry. She has been a member of PWN Dublin for over 10 years.

Mary is a Chartered Accountant specializing in the property sector and Treasurer of PWN Dublin. She is passionate about fostering a supportive environment where women can connect. Mary works with the management team to ensure financial practices are aligned with PWN’s mission/strategic objectives.

Seasoned global marketing leader with 20+ years in B2B/B2C marketing, digital transformation, and strategic communications. Known for driving brand evolution, award-winning campaigns, and ESG initiatives for market leaders like CMS, S&P Global CRISIL, HSBC & ING.

PROGRAMMES TEAM

Dayna is the founder and CEO of Distinctions Consulting, a Master Accredited Coach and Organisational Development consultant. Distinctions provide organisational, leadership, and team development solutions to some of Ireland's largest, most complex organisations. She is a long-standing member of PWN Dublin and our current VP of Mentoring.

Robert has been a passionate supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout his 40-plus-year consulting career. He now runs his own business, focusing on delivering keynotes, workshops, and programmes for companies to help them engage their men as allies for gender balance and inclusion. Rob is responsible for shaping initiatives that accelerate allyship and inclusive leadership across corporates and other organisations that partner with our network.

Maria is an accredited EMCC Global EIA Senior Practitioner, Coach, Mentor, IPMA Programme Manager, and HR CIPD Professional at ESB. Her advocacy for coaching and mentoring earned ESB the prestigious 2023 EMCC Global Coaching Award as an “Exemplar Organisation.” Maria leads the group mentoring programme at PWN, fostering collective learning and shared wisdom across a diverse network of professional peers and industries.

Winner of the EU Business News Irish Enterprise Award 2025 for Best Digital Career Platform for Young People, Sylwia is a powerhouse in marketing, tech, and education. She believes every business can make a social impact. Sylwia is on a mission to bridge the gap between education and the corporate world.

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS TEAM

Caitriona is a long-standing member of PWN Dublin and our current VP of Corporate Partners supporting Partners to maximise the benefits of being part of the PWN community. In her day job she head of Wholesale Regulatory Operations keeping a watchful eye on compliance, whilst maintaining and developing customer-focused solutions for Eir.

CFP®, CTA, and lifetime coach with 20+ years in financial services, works with individuals and organisations on transitions, values-based planning, financial education, wellness, and retirement programs—empowering clients to design their lives today and secure their future.

MEMBERSHIP TEAM

Emma Fagan has been VP Membership Experience at PWN Dublin since 2017. She enjoys ensuring members feel welcome & make the most of their membership. In her day job she works for an electricity utility, removing barriers on the electricity grid to maximise renewable generation.

Aparna is a legal professional and Certified Data Protection Practitioner, with over 4 years of experience in the legal profession. Following her Law Master's, Aparna now specialises in data protection and technology law. Originally from India, her journey across continents has strengthened her resilience and broadened her perspective on people, culture, and progress. She believes inclusion, collaboration, and diversity are the foundation stones for creating meaningful impact

COMMUNICATIONS TEAM

Fionnghuala is a member of the Enterprise and Innovation team at the Media Cube, IADT and supports digital entrepreneurs from Start-up to Scale-up.

Fionnghuala is a founder and the Creative Director of Dublin Animation Film Festival, a small, independent film festival that is dedicated to showcasing the work of Irish animation.

CORPORATE OPERATIONS

Sharyn is the VP of Operations at PWN Dublin, and an IT Operations Manager with a leading Irish utility, overseeing the smooth running of more than 500 applications and systems to drive operational efficiency and business continuity. She is a dedicated advocate for gender-balanced leadership and believes in the power of personal development to accelerate change.

PAID CONSULTANCY SUPPORT

Rebecca is the founder/owner of boutiaue marketing agency, The Marketing Fountain. She specialises in: strategic marketing, digital marketing, communications and content writing, building online communities, mentoring and project management. Rebecca has worked with PWN networks around the world for over 10 years, and is an ardent advocate of gender-balanced leadership.
