PWN Dublin: Sharing and Celebrating the Impact of Male Allies

In May this year, PWN Dublin held our inaugural Engaging Men Programme. We welcomed 25 male leaders from the cream of Irish organisations: men who willingly invested their time to learn how to be better allies to women in the workplace.
This pilot Progamme, developed by our allyship partner Robert Baker, Founder and CEO of Potentia Talent Consulting, was transformational for the men who attended it. We received incredible feedback from them about how it empowered them to become active allies and inclusive leaders.
PWN Dublin is therefore delighted to announce that we are holding a special follow up event called: Sharing and Celebrating the Impact of Male Allies. This is a unique opportunity to hear from the men who have been implementing what they learned on the Programme and for women and men to strategise on how we work together across genders to address and overcome the challenges still ahead.
This is a conversation that matters — and we want everyone to be part of it! For this special event, we’re thrilled to offer free access to all, whether or not you’re a PWN Dublin member.
