For our launch event, we have designed a highly interactive evening, with table topic discussions and a keynote from Robert Baker, global expert on allyship and PWN Dublin’s own Allyship and Inclusive Leadership Partner. Robert’s keynote will cover: - Overview of the latest research and trends on allyship and inclusive leadership - Inclusivity - beyond gender - Authentic, inclusive leadership Robert will also give us an overview of the Engaging Men as Allies programme and share with us an example of what the workshops entail.
