Purpose of the Role

The Digital Experience Partner plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and effective use of digital tools across the PWN Dublin network. This role ensures our systems are user-friendly, up to date, and aligned with best practice. It’s ideal for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and enabling others to work more efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution
    Provide responsive technical support to PWN Dublin users (volunteers, corporate partners, and members), assisting with common platform issues such as password resets, access, and usability across MS365 tools including Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Platform Setup & User Management
    Support the setup and ongoing management of PWN Dublin’s digital platforms, including MS365 and Inwink (our event and communications platform), ensuring smooth onboarding, access control, and system navigation for all users.
  • Process Improvement
    Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for technical optimisation and sharing best practices with the wider team.
  • MS365 Best Practice Guidance
    Promote consistent use of MS365 tools, including encouraging use of MS Teams chat over email, and sharing tips to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
  • SharePoint Maintenance & Housekeeping
    Work closely with the VP of Operations to maintain and refresh the SharePoint site, support file structure improvements, and implement team-wide housekeeping efforts for shared libraries.
  • Inwink Support & Maintenance
    Support the implementation and ongoing use of Inwink by assisting with setup, user experience improvements, and issue resolution. Ensure relevant volunteers are confident in navigating and using the platform effectively.
  • FAQ Channel Management
    Create and maintain a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) channel for PWN Dublin team members, regularly adding content and ensuring common issues are clearly addressed.
  • Escalation & Vendor Liaison
    Escalate unresolved or complex issues to external vendor support where required, supporting a seamless digital experience across the network.

Technical Confidence
You’re comfortable navigating digital systems and can troubleshoot common platform challenges quickly and clearly. 

MS365 Knowledge
You have solid experience with MS365 tools, particularly SharePoint and MS Teams, and understand how to help others use them effectively. 

Problem-Solving Mindset
You enjoy improving systems and finding practical, user-friendly solutions. 

Communication Skills
You can explain technical issues in a clear, friendly, and helpful way to users with varying levels of digital confidence. 

Organisation & Reliability
You’re responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable in your follow-through.
