PWN Dublin: Partnerships & Impact Manager

Purpose of the Role

The Partnerships & Impact Manager plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the relationships between PWN Dublin and our Corporate Partners (CPs). By ensuring consistent engagement, strong communication, and collaborative event coordination, this role helps amplify our shared mission of accelerating gender-balanced leadership. It’s a fantastic opportunity to help shape strategic partnerships, spotlight impact, and foster deeper connections across the PWN Dublin network.

Primarily remote with periodic in-person events, meetings, and workshops in Dublin

What you'll do

  • Support Relationship Management
    Work closely with the VP of Corporate Partners to maintain and grow relationships with corporate partner organisations.
  • Coordinate Communications
    Provide regular, proactive updates to CPs about upcoming PWN Dublin events and initiatives. Support registration processes and encourage partner engagement.
  • Track and Report Engagement
    Help identify the right metrics and methods for tracking partner involvement and impact. Collect and manage information that demonstrates meaningful engagement and value.
  • Roundtable Support
    Assist in the planning, setup, and facilitation of CP Roundtable events, ensuring productive discussions and follow-up.
  • Impact Storytelling
    Collaborate with relevant team members to highlight success stories, milestones, and key contributions from our corporate partners.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
    Bring creativity and a future-focused mindset to the role, identifying opportunities to evolve our partner experience, improve communications, and strengthen long-term impact.
