Purpose of the Role

The Newsletter Manager is at the heart of how we connect, inform, and inspire our community. By curating and sharing updates, stories, and opportunities across PWN Dublin, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our members engaged and aligned with our mission of accelerating gender-balanced leadership. This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, editing, and bringing stories to life in a way that reflects our energy, values, and voice.

Primarily remote with periodic in-person events and meetings in Dublin

 What you'll do

  • Create and Curate Content
     Lead the development of the PWN Dublin newsletter; gathering updates from across the board, shaping stories, and presenting them in an engaging, professional way.
  • Collaborate on Design
     Work closely with the Creative Content Manager to bring stories to life visually, ensuring the newsletter looks as inspiring as it reads.
  • Maintain Editorial Voice
     Safeguard and represent PWN Dublin’s tone of voice, ensuring clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with our mission.
  • Drive Engagement
     Keep members connected to the latest news, events, and initiatives, and monitor feedback to refine content over time.
  • Coordinate and Deliver
     Manage timelines and publishing schedules, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication.

Recruitment Process

  2. Informal Interview: You’ll meet two members of the Management Team for a relaxed, values-led conversation to explore mutual fit, motivation, and expectations. 
  3. Meet the Co-President(s): If both sides are aligned, you’ll be invited to meet one or both Co-Presidents for a strategic alignment conversation, to ensure shared vision and support. 
  4. Confirmation & Onboarding
    If aligned, we’ll formally welcome you on board and guide you through the onboarding process to get you set up for success.
