PWN Dublin: Allyship & Inclusive Leadership Manager

Purpose of the Role 

The Allyship & Inclusive Leadership Manager plays a vital role in advancing PWN Dublin’s mission to foster inclusive leadership by engaging men as active allies. This role supports the strategic delivery of the Engaging Men programme, creating space for meaningful dialogue, allyship, and action. Working closely with the VP of Programmes and other VPs, this position helps shape initiatives that drive awareness, participation, and support long-term cultural change.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support the design, promotion, and delivery of the Engaging Men programme, aligned with PWN Dublin’s inclusive leadership goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with members, external partners and facilitators 
  • Develop and manage programme resources and content, in collaboration with the VP of Communications
  • Coordinate logistics for Engaging Men programme events, including launch and celebration touchpoints
  • Participate in global calls and promote best practices from other PWN city networks
  • Cultivate a community of male participants and mentors who engage actively with the mission
  • Gather feedback, monitor programme effectiveness, and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts
  • Represent PWN Dublin in national and international allyship conversations

What You Bring 

  • Communication skills: You communicate clearly, confidently and are comfortable engaging people across genders and sectors. 
  • Project management: You are able to manage timelines, logistics, and content with attention to detail. 
  • Stakeholder engagement: You’re experienced in building trust with partners, participants, and facilitators. 
  • Subject knowledge: You have a strong understanding of gender equity, allyship, and the systemic challenges to inclusive leadership. 
  • Facilitation: You’re confident holding space for conversations on inclusion, and bring a calm, respectful, and thoughtful approach.

  • Experienced in DEI, advocacy, or inclusive leadership work
  • Skilled at relationship building and stakeholder collaboration
  • Passionate about gender-balanced leadership and creating space for allies to take action
  • Comfortable representing the mission in both internal team meetings and external conversations
