PWN Dublin: Head of Volunteer Experience & President's Executive Partner

Purpose of the Role
The Head of Volunteer Experience & President’s Executive Partner plays a vital role in shaping how volunteers experience PWN Dublin, from engagement and development to recognition and retention. The role also acts as a key operational partner to the President, helping translate strategy and decisions into action across the network. This is an opportunity to bring creativity, structure and people centred thinking to a mission driven network focused on accelerating gender balanced leadership.

What you'll do 

Volunteer Experience & Engagement

  • Design and continuously improve the end-to-end volunteer experience 
  • Lead engagement, retention, recognition and internal communication approaches across the volunteer community 
  • Design and evolve the PWN Dublin volunteer value proposition and benefits experience 
  • Support development pathways and succession planning across leadership and VP roles 
  • Partner with VPs to ensure volunteers feel supported, connected and set up for success 

President’s Office & Operational Activation

  • Act as a key operational partner and right-hand support to the President 
  • Support coordination of priorities, actions and follow ups across leadership teams 
  • Help activate strategic decisions and ensure initiatives move from idea to execution
  • Support preparation for management meetings, tracking actions and progress 
  • Help coordinate cross team initiatives and key organisational moments 

People Experience Design & Innovation

  • Bring outside the box thinking to how we design volunteer experiences 
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve how teams work together 
  • Help shape how PWN Dublin scales while maintaining a strong community feel
