PWN Dublin: Experience & Events Curator
Reports to: VP Events
Purpose of the Role
The Experience & Events Curator supports the VP Events in bringing PWN Dublin’s event strategy to life through thoughtful planning, creative input, and seamless delivery. This role plays a key part in crafting meaningful, immersive experiences that are inclusive by design, inspiring connection, learning, and growth. It’s ideal for someone who loves organisation, collaboration, and creating memorable moments.

What you'll do
- Partner with the VP of Events to plan, promote, and deliver in-person and virtual events
- Coordinate with the Events Team to ensure coverage and representation at all PWN Dublin events, particularly when the VP of Events is unable to attend
- Help maintain the events calendar and ensure alignment with PWN Dublin’s mission and member needs
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, event setup, and liaising with vendors, corporate partners and speakers
- Support the logistics and set-up of event spaces, including banners, name badges, and any materials required for a smooth and professional experience
- Support communications for events in collaboration with the VP Comms team
- Assist with volunteer coordination for event delivery (Event Hosts)
- Gather and share event learnings, ideas, and feedback to enhance the member experience
