DCU Let's Lead 2026 - Scholarship Applications Now Open

Published on June 17, 2026

At PWN Dublin, we believe that when women are given access to the right opportunities, support, and networks, they can achieve extraordinary things.

That is why we are proud to continue our partnership with DCU's Let’s Lead Programme and offer two full scholarships, each worth €4,990, to PWN Dublin members for the September 2026 cohort.

The programme provides women with the opportunity to develop their leadership capabilities, broaden their perspectives, and connect with a community of like-minded leaders. It reflects our commitment to creating pathways for women to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact in their organisations and communities.

We have already seen the difference this opportunity can have. Tara O'Sullivan, one of our recent scholarship recipients, recently completed the programme and reflected on the difference it made to her leadership journey:

The biggest shift has been internal. I think differently now about why I do what I do and who I want to do it for. In practical terms, it's sharpened how I show up with clients, how I make decisions, and how much energy I'm willing to spend on things that aren't aligned with what I actually care about.

You can read more about Tara's experience and the difference the scholarship has made to her, here. Also, previous year's scholarship winners, Annette Cashel and Julianne McGuigan have shared their experiences with us.
