PWN Dublin: Programme Co-Ordinator
Reports to: VP Programmes
Purpose of the Role
The Programme Co-Ordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of PWN Dublin’s core programmes, including our Group Mentoring Programme and the Engaging Men Programme. These initiatives are central to building community, connection, and inclusive leadership within our network. Working closely with the VP of Programmes and relevant Programme Managers, this role involves collaboration across teams, including VP of Communications, VP Events, and VP Corporate Partners, to ensure each programme is delivered in a professional, inclusive, and engaging way. This position offers succession potential into the programme manager roles or the VP of Programmes role.

What you'll do
- Support Programme Delivery
Support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of PWN Dublin programmes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our purpose. - Coordinate Communications & Promotion
Work with the VP of Communications, and VP Corporate Partner teams to ensure programmes are effectively promoted via email, website, and social channels. - Create & Manage Programme Documentation
Develop and maintain participant resources including programme manuals, application forms, agreements, information packs, and feedback forms. - Boost Community Engagement
Use our digital platforms to encourage active participation and foster a sense of community among programme participants. - Event Support
Collaborate with the events team to coordinate programme launch, milestone, and closing events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. - Feedback & Improvement
Gather participant feedback and contribute to ongoing efforts to evaluate and improve programme content and delivery. - Stakeholder Liaison
Support the VP of Programmes by coordinating and nurturing relationships with internal programme stakeholders, including VP Corporate Partners, VP Events, VP Communicatons and other key contributors. Ensure consistent communication, timely updates, and smooth collaboration across all programme touchpoints.

You have experience in programme or event coordination and are comfortable managing timelines, logistics, and content with attention to detail.

Who You Are
- Seeking to volunteer, with consistent commitment for at least one year.
- Experience in programme management, or similar
- Proficient with digital tools, ideally MS365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Good at relationship building and collaboration
- Keen to learn and grow professionally and be part of vibrate volunteer community
