PWN Dublin Group Mentoring Programme
About the PWN Dublin Group Mentoring Programme
Why?
The mentoring programme amplifies the collective experience and wisdom of our network, inspiring mutual learning between a diverse group of professional peers across industries.
What?
The programme consists of 6 x 90-minute group mentoring sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment, facilitated by a mentor.
Each group sets a “collective learning” contract as an overriding objective, with unique mentor themes offering a structure for exploration. This collective learning is a key differentiator of the programme.
Who it’s for?
If you’d benefit from a little space and time to prioritise your learning and growth, this programme is ideal for you! Participants are at all stages of career development, from a wide range of industries, which adds to the diversity and richness of shared experiences.
The only criterion for participation is that you must be a fully paid-up member of PWN either via a corporate membership or as an individual member. Not a member? Join today.
How does it work?
- Each mentor facilitates a group of up to 6 mentees
- Typically, the programme consists of 10 mentors and 60 mentees
- In 2026, we are adding an additional mentoring group on the theme of Allyship, to support the men within our community who are doing their part in achieving the mission of gender balanced, inclusive leadership
- The application process takes place, each year, in January
- Mentoring sessions run from circa March to May - 6 x 90-minute sessions approximately 2 weeks apart
- When applying, mentees select top 3 mentors preferences, guided by the Mentor profiles, group themes, and logistics of sessions.
- Our matching process will consider the mentees' preferences, the diversity of groups, and the mentees' application details.
- View sample mentee terms and conditions: Mentee Participation Agreement 2025 and our standard PWN Dublin Website Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookies Policy.
When?
The next programme opens on the 5th of January 2026. Please keep your eye on the latest news, above.
