Purpose of the Role

The Membership Experience Partner supports the delivery of an exceptional member journey, from first welcome to renewal and even post-membership. With a focus on connection, support and continuous improvement, this role ensures members feel seen, valued, and engaged, enhancing their overall membership experience. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who loves creating meaningful experiences and building community that lasts.

What you'll do

  • Support the Member Journey
    Work closely with the VP of Membership Experience to deliver a welcoming and engaging experience for all members, from onboarding to renewal and beyond.
  • Welcome New Members
    Coordinate welcome communications, support digital onboarding, and connect with members at in-person events to ensure they feel included and informed.
  • Track Engagement & Feedback
    Monitor member activity, gather insights through surveys or informal check-ins, and contribute to improvements based on what members share.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    Partner with events, communications, programme leads and treasurer to ensure member-facing experiences are inclusive, valuable, and clearly communicated. Partner with secretary and treasurer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to Member Queries
    Handle individual member queries in a timely, professional, and empathetic way, helping to resolve issues and offer guidance where needed. Escalating member issues as appropriate.
  • Monitor Growth & Trends
    Track and communicate membership numbers, renewal rates, and overall trends in engagement to support strategic decision-making and highlight areas of opportunity.
  • Best Practice
    Engage with PWN Global contractors and volunteers at other PWN City Networks to share best practice. 
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
    Bring curiosity, care, and creativity to help shape and evolve the member experience over time.
  • Ensure Data Privacy & Compliance
     Handle member information with care, ensuring all personal data is managed in line with PWN Dublin’s privacy policy and relevant data protection regulations.

  • Organisational skills: You’re able to coordinate multiple moving parts, from timelines and budgets to logistics and people, with calm efficiency. 
  • Attention to detail: You spot what others might miss, ensuring all aspects of event planning are precise, professional, and well executed. 
  • Interpersonal skills: You build relationships and engage confidently with a wide range of individuals, from volunteers to external partners. 
  • Problem-solving skills: You anticipate challenges and implement practical, creative solutions to keep things running smoothly and delivering great experiences.

Who You Are 

  • Passionate about connection, inclusion, and member wellbeing.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like email, forms, spreadsheets, presentation, surveys and particularly CRM platforms. Willing to seek out and propose use of new features or tools. Comfortable using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated but collaborative.
  • Happy to represent PWN Dublin at events or virtually when needed.

Please note: you’ll need to provide your own IT hardware, but we’ll supply access to all relevant licences for online tools and platforms.

Recruitment Process

  2. Informal Interview: You’ll meet two members of the Management Team for a relaxed, values-led conversation to explore mutual fit, motivation, and expectations. 
  3. Meet the Co-President(s): If both sides are aligned, you’ll be invited to meet one or both Co-Presidents for a strategic alignment conversation, to ensure shared vision and support. 
  4. Confirmation & Onboarding
    If aligned, we’ll formally welcome you on board and guide you through the onboarding process to get you set up for success.
