This experiential workshop explores leadership beyond titles and positions, using the Co-Active Leadership model and its five dimensions. Through reflection, conversation, and guided practices, participants will connect with their Inner Leader—the grounded, self-aware part that shapes how they lead. Attendees will gain practical tools, deeper self-awareness and new perspectives on leadership while connecting with other professional women.
The session also offers an introduction to the PWN Conscious Leadership Programme (October–December 2026).
