In this December edition of the Women’s Strategy Circle, we explore leadership through the world of music and art. Together with the Artistic and Managing Director of Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra and Concert Hall, we will look at how trust, authenticity, collaboration, and collective responsibility shape leadership. Using the orchestra as a lens, we will explore what leaders can learn about teamwork, group psychology, and navigating uncertainty — and why leadership goes beyond titles, authority, and conventional management tools.
