This 90-minute interactive workshop is designed for experienced professionals, leaders, and board members who want to clarify and communicate their value in the boardroom. Through reflection, peer discussion, and practical exercises, participants will identify their key competencies, refine their board profile, and develop a stronger personal narrative about their contribution.
The session focuses on turning broad experience into a clear value proposition—helping participants articulate why they belong at the table. Attendees will gain insight into effective board leadership, recognize their strengths and blind spots, and leave with a first draft of an MVP Board CV.
