Women's Strategy Circle

A Strategic Forum for Women Who Think Beyond the Tactical

The Women’s Strategy Circle is a curated, content-driven strategic environment within PWN Copenhagen for professional women who want substance, not slogans.

At its core, we treat strategy not as a function, but as a way of thinking — and we actively support the development of that mindset across all career paths. Strategy here is not reduced to tools or frameworks; it is about how you interpret complexity, make decisions under uncertainty, and position yourself and others over time.

This means moving beyond execution and into clarity, judgment, and perspective — the kind that shapes not only what you do, but how you lead, communicate, and create impact in ambiguous environments. It is designed for women who seek intellectual depth, sharper decision-making, and long-term positioning — whether in leadership roles, corporate careers, entrepreneurship, or advisory work.

This is not a networking club.
It is not a mentoring track.
It is a strategic circle — where ideas are rigorous, conversations are mature, and outcomes are tangible.

Who It Is For The Circle brings together:

Women entrepreneurs and founders Mid- and senior-level corporate professionals Independent consultants and advisors Women transitioning into greater responsibility or influence What unites participants is not job title — but seriousness about growth, perspective, and professional maturity.

The Women’s Strategy Circle is intentionally distinct within the Copenhagen landscape. What Makes It Different

It does not center on inspiration alone. It does not segment participants by identity categories. It does not focus on short-term job search tactics. Instead, it operates at the business and systems level — exploring trends, decision-making under uncertainty, leadership archetypes, reputation, influence, negotiation, and long-term positioning. The Circle functions as a strategic extension within PWN Copenhagen, strengthening the organisation’s commitment to serious professional development and cross-sector dialogue.

Format & Rhythm

The program follows a structured annual rhythm:

- Monthly gatherings (first Wednesday of each month)
- Strategic discussions grounded in frameworks and real-world application
Each session is designed as an interactive experience, combining 45 minutes of focused tools, models, and structured insights with 45 minutes of curated discussion and peer exchange. This ensures that ideas are not only presented, but actively challenged, contextualized, and translated into practice.

The Circle is built on co-creation with its members — participants are not passive listeners, but active contributors shaping the depth and direction of each conversation. In this context, speakers act as facilitators of thinking rather than the center of the system, bringing expertise, but also enabling dialogue, reflection, and collective intelligence.

The format creates a balance between intellectual input and reflective dialogue, allowing participants to engage deeply, contribute their perspectives, and leave with both clarity and actionable direction.

Access & Membership

The Women’s Strategy Circle is free for PWN Copenhagen members. Non-members are welcome to join on a paid basis.
For women who value continuity, membership in PWN Copenhagen provides full access to the Circle, along with broader networking and development opportunities across the organisation.

Program Leadership

The Women’s Strategy Circle is initiated and by Dr. Oksana Didyk, Strategic Risk & Legitimacy Advisor, author, and researcher in political systems and power dynamics. She designs and curates the intellectual framework of the Circle, ensuring depth, coherence, and long-term strategic value.  The program is developed in close collaboration with Vanille Simeon, Entrepreneurship Manager at PWN Copenhagen, and the entire Entrepreneurship Team.
Together, they ensure alignment with PWN’s broader mission to support ambitious women across leadership and entrepreneurship.
