Negotiation Mistakes We Make Without Realising How common negotiation mistakes happen, and how to recognise and overcome them. Most negotiations do not fail because of weak arguments, but rather due to small mistakes that often go unnoticed at the time. In this conversation, Svitlana and PWN Vienna Co-presidents, Claudia and Ani, will share personal stories from real professional situations and reflect on the lessons they learned from those experiences. Participants will leave with practical ways to spot common negotiation pitfalls earlier and stronger tools to navigate them more effectively. What participants will explore:
- Practical tools to recognise, reframe and overcome these mistakes.
- The most common mistakes professionals make in negotiations
- Real examples of when these mistakes occurred in practice
