Ordre du jour - L’AGE est requise pour la modification de l’Article 3 des statuts de l’association relatif à l’adresse du siège social.
Tous les membres à jour de leur cotisation peuvent participer et prendre part au vote, ou se faire représenter en adressant avant 16h le 10 avril prochain, un pouvoir dûment rempli et signé à la Secrétaire Générale à information@pwnparis.net
PWN Paris Extraordinary General Meeting on April 11th, 2025
The board of directors of PWN Paris, in accordance with articles 16 and 18 of the association’s by-laws, invites you to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting which will be held on April 11th, 2025, from 9am to 10 am at the Rugby Club 165 boulevard Haussmann, Paris VIIIe.
Agenda - The EGM is required to modify Article 3 of the association’ by-laws concerning the address of the registered office.
All active members of PWN-Paris who have duly paid the membership fees may participate and vote, or be represented by sending before 4pm on April 10th, a special power of attorney, duly filled and signed, to the General Secretary at information@pwnparis.net
