About the session

When Work Turns Toxic

Most of us can name the moment we knew something at work had gone wrong. Very few of us knew what to do next, what our rights actually were, or what we should have put in place before any of it started.

This evening brings you the perspectives of  Ellen Young  and  Rachel Wilson Rugelsjøen  on the same problem.

This is not about naming and shaming anyone. It is about being prepared, knowing what is normal and what is not, and understanding your position before you need to. Especially useful if you did not grow up with the Norwegian system.

Come with your questions. There is a full half hour set aside for them.
