People do not always see your value just because you are good. Sometimes the best people are the worst packaged. Sometimes the loudest person wins the room. Sometimes your title says one thing, but your real value is something much bigger. And sometimes you are waiting to be noticed by people who are honestly just busy, distracted and thinking about lunch.
This workshop is about making your value easier to understand - without becoming fake, loud or overly polished.
We will look at personal brand as a communication strategy tool: how people understand you, remember you, recommend you and connect you with the right opportunities. Through practical examples, reflection and pair discussions, participants will explore what they are currently known for, what they want to be known for next, and how to communicate that more clearly.
The speaker aims to create a safe, reflective, and highly interactive environment where participants feel comfortable exploring how they are perceived and how they communicate their value. The session is designed to be practical and grounded rather than performative, encouraging honest self-assessment without pressure to become overly polished or inauthentic. The overall tone is warm, engaging, and thought-provoking, balancing insight with action so attendees leave not only with new perspectives but also with a clear, practical step forward.
