This 90-minute workshop is designed to help you understand how you make financial decisions and how to improve them with more clarity and confidence.
In the first 45 minutes, you will learn the foundations of financial confidence through two key areas:
Money IQ: 3 Pillars to Financial Confidence
Save, Invest, and Measure.
These pillars give you a simple structure to manage your money with intention and consistency.
Money EQ: Financial Decision Framework
You will explore how emotions shape your financial behavior, often more than logic. We will look at patterns driven by fear, greed, anxiety, guilt, and confidence, and how they influence everyday choices.
In the 45 minutes, you will take part in a guided discussion to reflect on your own financial habits. You will identify the emotions and beliefs behind your current decisions, and define a new direction that supports your goals.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of:
● What drives your financial decisions today
● What you believe about money
● How to make decisions from a more confident and grounded perspective
● Which habits and actions you want to build moving forward
This workshop is practical, reflective, and focused on helping you create a personal strategy you can apply right away.
The speakers aim to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment where participants feel comfortable reflecting honestly on their financial habits, emotions, and decision-making patterns.
The atmosphere is intended to be practical, supportive, and discussion-driven rather than overly technical or intimidating. Participants are encouraged to share perspectives, ask questions, and learn from each other through guided conversations and reflection exercises.
The session is designed to balance strategic thinking with personal insight — helping women feel more confident, grounded, and empowered in approaching financial decisions in both their personal and professional lives.
This session will especially benefit members of the Women’s Strategy Circle who are:
- Mid- to senior-level professionals navigating bigger financial and career decisions
- Founders, consultants, and solopreneurs managing both personal and business financial priorities
- Women stepping into leadership or board-oriented roles and seeking stronger financial confidence
- Professionals in transition periods (career changes, entrepreneurship, relocation, scaling responsibilities, etc.)
- Highly capable women who feel professionally strong, but still uncertain or emotionally reactive around money-related decisions
- Strategy-minded professionals interested in combining rational planning with emotional awareness in decision-making
- Women who want practical, non-judgmental conversations about money, investing, and long-term stability
The event is particularly relevant for members who appreciate reflective, practical, and discussion-based sessions rather than traditional “financial advice” lectures.
