PWN Copenhagen:  Women in Technology Breakfast event at Oracle. Beyond the AI Hype: What Matters for Business, Talent and the Nordic Market

Oracle Danmark, Tuborg Havnevej 15, 2900 Hellerup

AI is everywhere—but which investments are creating real business value, which jobs and skills are changing, and what does it take to remain relevant as the market evolves?

Join Oracle Denmark and the Professional Women’s Network for a candid morning conversation on the Nordic market, enterprise AI beyond the headlines, and the workforce shifts already underway.

This event offers practical insights into how AI is being adopted across organisations, with real examples of where it is creating business value and how companies are moving from experimentation to implementation. Participants will also explore how AI is reshaping jobs, skills and hiring, gaining perspectives on the capabilities, mindsets and career strategies that can help professionals stay relevant and competitive.

The event is designed as an engaging, inclusive and practical conversation, with experienced leaders, technology experts and peers sharing perspectives, exchanging experiences and creating opportunities to connect. Rather than focusing on hype or technical expertise, the discussion will centre on real experiences and actionable insights around AI, leadership, career development and the future of work. This is relevant for you as a professional from diverse backgrounds and industries, particularly if interested in AI, technology, digital transformation and innovation, as well as women looking to grow their careers in technology, leadership and digital business. No deep technical AI expertise is required, making the conversation relevant to both business and technology audiences.

The morning opens with Ingrid Mjøen, SVP North East, Oracle. With more than 20 years at Oracle across the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe, Ingrid helps organisations turn cloud, data and AI into tangible, measurable business outcomes.

The keynote will be followed by the panel discussion: “AI Beyond the Hype: Automation, Workforce and Staying Relevant” Moderated by Yulia Kraynova, Master Principal Data Engineer, Oracle Denmark, the panel will bring together experienced professionals from Oracle to discuss how AI is reshaping business operations, leadership, customer engagement, and career development.
