For the past two years, our networking events have beautifully demonstrated the power of community.
Our Networking Event, Stories of Empowerment and Encouragement, begins with the story of a PWI member and her journey of professional and personal growth. This format is also a meaningful way to highlight the powerful women within our network and to celebrate the remarkable paths they have taken. By listening to how others have overcome challenges, navigated obstacles, and grown stronger through the process, we are reminded that we are never alone and that many women have paved the way before us.
For this edition, we are delighted to welcome Gülşah Öznesil, one of our PWI members and Program Lead of PWI's Young Professional Program 'SheGrows', as our guest speaker. Gülşah currently works at Umicore and previously held leadership roles at Sibelco Group. She brings broad international experience in procurement and supply chain transformation across several industries, with expertise in CAPEX, operating model design, automation, and AI adoption. She also has experience in investment and divestment projects, business case development, and M&A collaboration. Her profile reflects strong global leadership, end-to-end business understanding, and a growing focus on data security and AI in the capital project landscape.
This event will take place on Tuesday, 27 May, at the Korn Ferry offices, whose warm and professional setting offers the perfect environment for an evening of authentic exchange and meaningful connection.
Following the conversation, we will continue the evening with a networking session, offering the opportunity to ask questions, connect more deeply, and build new relationships within our community.
