Description

Oksana Didyk is a strategy consultant, speaker, researcher, and author working with strategic communication, positioning, leadership perception, and professional visibility. She holds a PhD in Political Branding and is the author of The Master Watching Over: The Strange Comfort of Strongman, exploring leadership, symbolic authority, and public perception in modern societies. With experience across academia, consulting, branding, and international strategy projects, she works with professionals, founders, and organizations navigating complex environments, growth decisions, and questions of differentiation and influence. Oksana is also the creator of the Women’s Strategy Circle at PWN Copenhagen, where she focuses on building practical, reflective, and high-level conversations around strategy as a way of thinking – not just planning. Fun fact about Oksana: despite working professionally with visibility and positioning, she has repeatedly reduced her own visibility after noticing that being “everywhere” was weakening her positioning instead of strengthening it. One of her favorite observations became: “Sometimes the most strategic move is refusing to play the game everyone else is optimizing for.”
