This panel debate is a collaboration between Sammen om en jobb and Professional Women’s Network. We bring together a panel to facilitate discussion and learning. Hopefully, we’ll inspire you! We believe that mentoring is beneficial, on an individual level, but also to organisations and society as a whole. We have brought together a panel of people who will help us understand the many aspects of mentoring: as leadership, as self-development, as upskilling, and as a catalyst for societal impact, influence, and change.
