About the session Everyone leaves the meeting nodding. Two weeks later, three people have done three different things, and the work of untangling it lands on you. Most teams are told they have a performance problem. Far more often they have a clarity problem, and leaders pay for it in meetings that go nowhere, friction that never quite gets named, and good people who leave quietly. Uma has spent three decades in corporate leadership watching this happen, and she built ClaritySync360™ to make it visible. Ten pillars of leadership clarity across three dimensions: alignment, execution, and growth and adaptation. In this session she walks us through the framework and where each pillar tends to give way in real teams. What makes this evening different is that it starts with you. Everyone who registers receives a five minute clarity assessment the day before, so we open with your own results rather than a general discussion of leadership. You will see your own gaps, in your own team, and you will have Uma and a room full of experienced women to think them through with.
