PWN Norway is looking for a volunteer Project Manager in Oslo starting January 2026.

If you care about women’s empowerment, sustainable leadership, diversity, responsible business and human rights and want to gain hands-on experience in outreach or project coordination, we would love to have you join us.

We are looking for a volunteer Project Manager in Oslo starting January 2026.

Start: January 2026 | Deadline: Rolling interviews

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep partnership and documentation systems organized
  • Support light ESG and human rights due diligence (Transparency Act, UNGPs, OECD)
  • Help update checklists, partner databases, and reports
  • Assist in internal communication and reporting


Important note:
This is not a logistics role. The Project Manager focuses on outreach and coordination related to partnerships and funding under the guidance of the VP P&F.

What we're looking for:

• PWN Norway membership upon acceptance
• Fluent in Norwegian & English
• Outgoing, reliable, and confident in speaking with local businesses
• Organized and aligned with PWN’s values of integrity and DEI, and guided by a personal belief in compassion and genuine human connection.
• Interest in ESG, governance, and human rights
• ~15 hours/month commitment

The Project Manager will:  

  • Report directly to the VP P&F
  • Participate in short monthly coordination meetings
  • Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship on ESG and responsible business
