Join Us as a Project Manager - Events in Stavanger! 

Do you thrive in dynamic environments and love bringing people together? Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Norway is seeking Project Managers to support our Events Team in Stavanger. This volunteer opportunity is a chance to gain hands-on experience in event management, build valuable connections, and contribute to the empowerment of professional women in Norway. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Participate in the planning and brainstorming of monthly events alongside the Events Team. 
  • Help make sure PWN Norway events run smoothly by managing logistics and coordinating all parts to create a great experience for attendees. 
  • Contribute to the overall success of PWN Norway events by collaborating with team members and the VP events. 
  • Help create connections for professional women in Stavanger.
  • Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of events management.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • PWN Norway membership upon acceptance. 
  • Proactive and dependable individuals with enthusiasm for women’s empowerment. 
  • Detail-oriented persons who enjoy logistics and organisation.
  • Willingness to contribute time and energy to make our events run smoothly. 
  • Team players who thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Time commitment: 2 hours per week, 3-4 hours on event days (once per month)
