Do you enjoy bringing structure to digital projects and ensuring content is clear, engaging, and up to date? Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Norway is looking for a Project Manager – Website to support our Marketing Team in Oslo.

This volunteer role offers hands-on experience in website management, digital collaboration, and content coordination, while contributing directly to PWN Norway’s mission to empower women in Norway.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, maintain, and update the PWN Norway website using CMS.

  • Act as project manager for all website-related updates and improvements.

  • Coordinate website content with the VP Marketing & Communication to support campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure alignment and support for the PWN website.

  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and a good user experience across all web pages.

  • Publish and update event pages, news articles, programme-related content, static content, etc.

  • Liaise with external technical support when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • PWN Norway membership upon acceptance.

  • Experience or strong interest in website management, design, digital projects, or content coordination.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • A proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset.

  • Interest in marketing, digital communication, and community building.

  • A time commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per month.
