PWN Norway Kicks Off the 2025 Mentorship Program with an Inspiring Opening Ceremony

On February 13th, PWN Norway officially launched the 2025 Mentorship Program with a dynamic and engaging opening ceremony held simultaneously in Oslo and Stavanger. This event marked the beginning of a transformative journey for both mentors and mentees, setting the stage for growth, empowerment, and professional development.

The evening started with an opportunity for networking, allowing participants to connect and establish the first building blocks of their mentoring relationships. Hosts Christa and Nima welcomed attendees and set a warm and enthusiastic tone for the program ahead. With a live connection between Oslo and Stavanger, the event embodied the spirit of collaboration and shared learning.


A Vision for Growth and Mentorship

The ceremony featured inspiring words from key speakers, including Valentina Buratti, Christina Tamang Høiseth, and Samantha Harris, who emphasized the power of mentorship in shaping careers and fostering leadership. Through a fireside chat, mentors and mentees gained valuable insights from experienced professionals, setting expectations for the journey ahead.

Participants were introduced to the structure of the program, which includes:

  • Orientation sessions to provide a strong foundation for mentor-mentee relationships.

  • Regular check-ins to ensure continued engagement and development.

  • Exclusive mentor and mentee events, with the next major gathering scheduled for March 19th.

  • A grand closing ceremony in August, celebrating the growth and achievements of the cohort.

  • Dedicated forums and bi-monthly follow-ups to encourage ongoing learning and exchange.


A Night of Connection and Inspiration

One of the highlights of the evening was an engaging social activity, where participants took part in a fun and interactive game of "One Truth and Two Lies." This activity encouraged participants to step outside their comfort zones and create deeper connections.
