The event will start shortly

After international moves, career breaks, and reinvention, one question matters most: how do you position your story for what comes next?
Between who you were and where you’re going lies your identity, meaning and direction - let’s make it work for you.
Your Career Story workshop explores the space between how you currently describe your career and who you have actually become through your professional and life experience. By the end of the workshop, participants gain a clearer picture of their professional identity and the language to articulate their career story with confidence. Designed for internationally experienced professionals, this session uses guided reflection and career storytelling exercises to help participants articulate their story with greater clarity, confidence, and credibility for what comes next.
This session will be facilitated by Lisa Thompson, the founder of Your Career Space and the creator of the Career Story Mapping Model. She helps internationally experienced professionals close the Career Identity Gap by translating lived experience into a clear, credible career story, particularly after international moves or career gaps. Her work focuses on positioning identity, not just experience.
